No. Everyone is welcome to shop at Elizabeth Milan with or without an account. The benefit of registering an account makes it easy to save products to your wishlist, your future purchases will be more seamless, and you will have all your order history stored in one place.

We currently offer free delivery throughout the UK. Deliveries can take from 3 to 5 working days.

Delivery to the Republic of Ireland and the Rest of the World is available for a fee.

It is not always possible to change or cancel an order once an order has been placed. If you decide you want to cancel your order within a few hours of placing it then please contact us as soon as possible to see if we can reverse the order. If your order has already been processed then you will need to follow our returns procedure to obtain a refund.

Yes. We regularly replenish our stock. If there is a particular product, style or colour you are after, please let us know by dropping an email, or giving us a call. We can let you know an estimated date of when we expect to have the goods in store and ready for purchase.

In the unlikely event that you do not receive your order within the anticipated time frame, please contact us to bring this to our attention. 

Replacements are usually processed within 14 days of the parcel being returned to us.

You can pay for your order online with a valid debit or credit card. We accept Switch, Mastercard, Visa and American Express. You can also use PayPal, Google Pay, Authorisation of your card will be taken at point of order and the payment will appear on your bank statement.

We do not refund delivery charges when orders are returned unless the product being returned is found to be faulty. 

Refunds are credited to the original payment method.

Please allow at least 5 working days for the refund to be credited back to your bank account.
